We give each customer’s concerns individual attention and will provide you with the instructions for making your return or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase so the exchange, refund or credit transaction can be arranged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All goods purchased from us are brand new. When you receive your merchandise please contact us within 14 business days to report any damaged or defective products. We will replace your order promptly or provide you with a full refund.
Unlike other stores, we also accept returns for any or no reason on our candy and snack products. You must however pay for your return shipping and the returned products must be unopened and in the original packaging.
Full refund will be issued, including return shipping, if an item was shipped due to our error (Shipped a wrong item, damaged/defective item, etc).
If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. There will be a 10% restocking fee applied to refund due to buyers ordering the wrong item or buyer's remorse.
To complete your return, we require an order number or receipt. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Clearance or Sale items
Sales in these categories are final -- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by us or the shipping carrier. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you instructions to get it back to us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless it is determined that we are at fault, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
