Owyhee Idaho Spud bars have been winning hearts since 1918, and nope, still nothing to do with potatoes. I mean the thing itself is shaped like a potato, but thats the closest it will get.  Think fluffy marshmallow with a light cocoa bite, drenched in dark chocolate and showered with shredded coconut. Nostalgic and great!
