How Returns Work

Return Goods
Send the candy back with the original order number or receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

What is your return policy?

We respond to every customer concern and will provide you with the instructions for making your return or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase so the exchange, refund or credit transaction can be arranged.


What is eligible for returns?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All goods purchased from us are brand new. When you receive your merchandise please contact us within 14 business days to report any damaged or defective products. We will replace your order promptly or provide you with a full refund.


Are items damaged by weather conditions eligible for returns?

Weather Warning LabelYou may see products throughout our site with our temperature sensitivity labels. These warnings refer to ambient weather conditions which may occur while orders are being shipped cross country. Although we try our best to select products durable year round, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged due to weather conditions. In order to make shipping affordable, we do not ship with cold packs. Some of these products may melt or stick together as a result. Should you have any concerns, send us a message before placing an order and we can provide you with our honest opinion.


Is there a return fee?

Unlike other grocery and food stores, we accept returns for any and all reasons on our candy products. You must however pay for return shipping and the returned products must be unopened and in the original packaging. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. There may also be a 10% restocking fee applied due to purchasing error or buyer's remorse. But just ask me, I like to be nice.

Return shipping will be waived and a full refund will be issued if an error occurred on our part (e.g. wrong item, damaged/defective item).


How do I ship my return?

To complete your return, we require an order number or receipt. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Clearance or Sale Items

All clearance or sale items are final. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by us or the shipping carrier. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at auntiekcandy@gmail.com and we will send you instructions to return it back to us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless it is determined that we are at fault, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the delivery time of your exchange may vary.

If you are shipping items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without it, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
