Here at AKC, my philosophy is pretty simple: High quality products, low item prices, and on-time delivery. I don't charge any order minimums so buy as little or as much as you'd want.  But if you stock up on your favorites in one order though, I can ship it for FREE within the USA!  Buying more makes it easier for me to get volume discounts from my distributors or manufacturers, so I can continue to keep prices low.

How do I use the shipping calculator?

Once you have added items to your cart, hit the Cart button to view your cart and access the shipping calculator. This calculator will estimate your shipping cost once you’ve filled out your geographic location.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders are processed during business days, which is Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process an order before it is shipped. We will try our best to expedite orders during periods of higher demand, but orders may take up to 3 business days to process before being shipped.

Occasional delays in processing time or cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on back order or it is out of stock. We will notify you ahead of time in the event of such an occurrence.

Make sure that your entered address is correct and complete (don’t forget the Suite, Apt., Room, etc.). If this information does not match the delivery service’s records, we may have to contact you to update the information, which may further delay shipment of your order.

Where do you ship from?

We process all orders from our warehouse in California.

Will my order ship with cold packs in the summer?

No, we do not ship any orders with cold or ice packs. Products with heat sensitivity and melt risk will have a warning on their description pages. Should you have any concerns, send us a message before placing an order and we can provide you with our honest assessment and work with you on the delivery options and timing.

When will my package arrive?

Domestically, most orders may arrive within 5 to 7 business days upon shipment. Packages shipped to international countries may take 2 to 4 weeks or longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once it leaves our warehouse. Most packages will ship with a delivery confirmation, and if a signature is required, we will inform you ahead of time. We currently offer UPS, USPS, and DHL as our available shipping carriers.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address provided, holidays, and/or carrier complications.

If you notice any error after shipment, please do not hesitate to contact us, as we may be able to attempt an intercept of the package. We cannot change your address once your item has been shipped.

What if I didn’t get all of the items I ordered?

When many customers place orders at the same time, some items may sell out faster than we can update the quantity in our inventory systems. In such a case we regrettably will cancel your order, or part of your order. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled due to the out of stock item(s). We do not offer rain checks and cannot provide a timetable when the item may be back.

In the event that part of your order is out of stock, we will remove the out of stock item(s) from your order and will ship the remaining item(s). You will not be charged for any out of stock items and we will inform you by email.

But if we made a mistake, let us know first and we can investigate and then ship you a replacement! 

How do I track my order?

All orders are shipped with a valid tracking number. Please keep this handy if you have any requests or questions. Once orders are shipped you will receive a one-time email and/or SMS notification. If you have a website account you can check the status of your order and track the package at any time.

What shipping methods do you use?

We currently use UPS and USPS to deliver our packages in the USA. In addition, we also offer DHL as well for International countries. Expedited services such as Priority Mail are also available for an additional fee. Please note that while we try our best to make your delivery window, none of the shipments can guarantee to arrive within the estimated time frame except for USPS Express Mail. We currently do not offer Express services but may do so in the future.

UPS and USPS will make three attempts to deliver a package. After the third attempt, the carrier will call the customer and inform them of their delivery. To prevent any complications with your delivery, please provide your most accessible phone number.

What countries do you ship to?

Domestically we ship packages to all 50 states including U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes and Military/A.P.O. Boxes. Each package ships with a delivery confirmation for tracking once it leaves our facility.

Unfortunately, international shipping has been suspended without notice.  Internationally we ship to countries where EDELCON (USPS Electronic Delivery Confirmation) is available. This includes Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gilbraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, Vietnam.

Do I have to leave a tip?

Of course not! Its merely optional. And thank you if you do. Tips are helpful as it goes into a community fund for me to purchase an extra case of items to go into orders as samples or if I need to re-ship your package due to carrier error.
