Classic candy from Japan.  This is like the Japanese jaw breaker.  Hard fruit-flavored candies coated with sugar crystals. Flavors include strawberry, lemon, grape, orange.  This is definitely American sized, they are larger and chunkier than the typical Japanese hard candy pieces.

The flavor profiles are gentle, and even though fruit‐flavored, there's little fruit juice in them.  Pretty sweet!
